Welcome to the Module 6: E – shop Management!
In the context of this educational module, we offer the necessary knowledge and information regarding the characteristics and functions of e-shops from both a business and a consumer point, the information infrastructure of an e-shop, and the online shopping process via e-shop. Product presentation techniques are examined as well as the techniques used to promote electronic sales. Finally, the procedures and customer management systems of the online store are presented.
The purpose and objectives of this module are to highlight the main points of managing an online store, the functions and tools of store management, the presentation of products, the creation of electronic catalogs, the promotion of products through special offers.
